The Roswell Daily Record is looking for a full-time general assignment reporter who can write about everything from hardcore crime to light features. In addition to writing stories and taking photos, the successful applicant will  be required to do some page design work. Knowledge of Quark is a big plus. Job opened Sept. 2.

The Record is a family-owned, community-oriented, award-winning daily in southeastern New Mexico with a circulation of about 11,000. Ideal candidate should be a hungry, entry-level reporter looking to break into the competitive world of journalism.
